Qatar National Library (QNL) invites you to visit our first digital exhibition entitled "Information is Beautiful".
Data visualization has incredible potential to help us find meaning in a complicated world. It brings to life information and data too complex or abstract to grasp any other way but visually.
The exhibition utilizes QNL’s innovative digital technology to display visual data in both English and Arabic on 11 interactive digital screens. Visitors will be able to fully engage with unique visualizations and infographics, and compare and contrast interesting facts and figures on subjects such as reading in the Gulf, social media in the Middle East, Qatar, world empires and many more.
The exhibition has been curated for Qatar National Library by David McCandless, author and founder of Information is Beautiful.
The exhibition will run from 18 April to 31 December 2018.
