Learn the basics of citation management through RefWorks and ZOTERO. The session will cover how to collect references from various online databases, how to save and manage them in RefWorks and ZOTERO, how to cite references automatically in a Word document, and how to easily produce extensive bibliographies. This session is geared towards researchers and university students.

Credo is a reference search platform bringing together QNL online resources with online subject encyclopedias. Included is the Mind Mapping tool.

QNL's wide range of collections will be introduced to the participants and a hands-on activity on how to use the catalog will also be conducted and to help users familiarize themselves on how to do their own searching efficiently and what types of information sources are found in the library.

Are you interested in finding out how to convert your media from analog to digital. For instance, Cassette Tape to MP3, VHS to digital, etc. Come and learn how these media can be easily converted.

This month at the Book Club for the Blind, we will discuss Helen Keller's The Story of My Life. Keller was afflicted with a serious illness that damaged her sight and hearing, and she became a famed advocate for the visually impaired. The audiobook is available in the Naxos Spoken Library.

This workshop will demonstrate different assistive technology devices that can be used by hearing impaired and deaf individuals without special requirements.
