Dhanya Lijo is the Scholarly Communications and Repository Services Librarian at the University of Doha for Science and Technology. She specializes in institutional repository management, open-access initiatives, and enhancing research impact. She leads Manara, the University’s institutional repository, and works closely with faculty to support scholarly publishing, research dissemination, and metadata quality, with a particular focus on increasing the visibility of UDST’s research output.
Dhanya also contributes actively to the library and information science community through conference presentations, professional collaborations, and advocacy for open scholarship and researcher empowerment.
