Dr. Jamillah Scott-Branch is the Director of the Library at Georgetown University in Qatar, where she previously served as Associate Director. Her research interests include information literacy, diversity in libraries, and emerging technology trends.
Before joining GU-Q, she was Assistant Director of the James E. Shepard Memorial Library at North Carolina Central University, where she oversaw research services, interlibrary loan, and government documents. She has also led funded grant initiatives as both Principal Investigator and Co-Principal Investigator.
Dr. Scott-Branch holds a doctorate in educational leadership from East Carolina University, a Master of Library Science from North Carolina Central University, and a bachelor’s degree from Fisk University.
