Josh leads the delivery of Knowledge for All: Libraries’ Vision for 2030, advancing the University’s commitment to Universal Values, Global Change. He positions libraries as dynamic sociotechnical hubs that empower communities, promote inclusion and advance the academic mission.
An active contributor to global scholarly communication, Josh is a UKSG Trustee and Chair of its Conference Planning Committee, a member-elect of the RLUK Board and a member of Clarivate’s Academia AI Advisory Council. He is also a Visiting International Fellow at the Kula Academy, University of Victoria.
Passionate about open knowledge, Josh advocates for equitable access and champions libraries as essential infrastructure for thriving, connected communities.
