Kihack Kim is the Representative of Baraka Little Library and a dedicated specialist in multicultural community development. With extensive experience as Director of the Migrant Family Support Center and as an advisor to the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, he has devoted many years to strengthening social capital within migrant communities.
His work focuses on redefining libraries as inclusive social infrastructure that bridges cultural divides and fosters community cohesion. In recognition of his contributions, he received the Multicultural Helper Award in 2022 and the Model Citizen Commendation in 2024.
