Mohammed bin Ali Musa Khabrani is a doctoral researcher in knowledge management at King Abdulaziz University and a specialist in library and information science. He currently serves as Deputy for Student Affairs at the Makkah Education Department and has extensive experience in educational and administrative work and the development of learning environments.
He is a member of a regional committee of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) and manages the “Information Science – Saudi Arabia” account on X. His research interests include knowledge management, smart libraries, and digital transformation, and he has published several academic papers in these fields.
Khabrani seeks to harness knowledge and smart technologies to support innovation, strengthen the role of libraries in building a knowledge society, and contribute to sustainable development.
