Peter D. Collins is a senior library and technology leader with over two decades of experience designing and governing large-scale systems for academic and research libraries. He most recently served as Director of Resource Sharing at OCLC, where he led strategy and development for global library platforms, including AI-enabled services, working closely with library consortia and development partners. Previously, he held leadership roles at the University of Pennsylvania and Dartmouth College, including leading consortial technology initiatives for the Ivy Plus Libraries Confederation. He is currently based in Doha, Qatar.
