Corresponding authors who are students, faculty, researchers or staff from any institute of higher education or non-profit research institute within Qatar

The agreement covers the journals listed here.

After your article is accepted, please follow these steps:

1. Acceptance Notification

You’ll receive an email confirming acceptance and a publishing agreement.

2. Publishing Agreement (APA)

Complete the Article Publishing Agreement via the link in the email.

3. Open Access Funding

During the APA, select to request open access funding through your institution. Your institution will be notified automatically.

4.    Institutional Approval

• If approved, you’ll get confirmation that your article will be published open access.
• If declined, you can either pay the Article Processing Charge yourself or publish as subscription (non–open access).

Please complete these steps promptly to avoid publication delays.

This publisher is included under the Pool (A) agreements. Click here to read more about the eligibility criteria.

Please note that final funding approval depends on approval from QNL admins/the open access team. An active agreement alone does not qualify authors for funding.
