Are you interested in learning the Arabic language? We invite you to join this workshop, organized by the Library in collaboration with the Community Service and Continuing Education Center at Qatar University.

This workshop, part of our fifth Winter Camp, will introduce some of the basic techniques and concepts of 3D modeling and 3D modeling software. Participants will learn how to create 3D models using specialized CAD rendering software and how to prepare the files for 3D printing.

Are you passionate about knitting or crochet? Join the self-organized Knitting and Crochet Meetup, held every Thursday morning at the Library restaurant. This informal weekly gathering is organized entirely by hobby enthusiasts, not by the Library. It’s a great opportunity to practice your craft, exchange skills and experiences, and enjoy a welcoming atmosphere with fellow knitting and crochet lovers. Qatar National Library is pleased to host Qatari artist Haifa Al Khuzai for a specialized workshop. The session begins with a brief introduction to the role of art in preserving cultural heritage for future generations, followed by a hands-on sculpting session using air-dry clay.
