Are you searching for a manuscript-based classical Arabic book? Are you overwhelmed with its multiple editions and versions? You are welcome at the Library's booth at the Doha International Book Fair at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, to consult our manuscript librarian.

In this workshop, we will learn about how reading contributes to your personal life and the many ways you can use reading to develop your life. The event will feature student Abdullah Al-Shamri from Ibn Taymiyyah Secondary School.

Calculus is the study of how things change. It provides a framework for modeling systems in which there are changes and a way to deduce predictions of such models. Calculus can tell us all about the motion of astronomical bodies, weather patterns, electric and electronic circuits and systems, and the movement of sound and light, to name a few. It has probably been useful in the invention of a great number of objects in your home.In this series of events, we will answer some important questions about how calculus impacts the world. In this session, we will be introduced to differentiation.

In the celebration of Italian contemporary art, the Library, in collaboration with the Embassy of Italy in Qatar, is holding an exhibition of 15 photographs by Francesca Pompei, a photographer who focuses on images of art and architecture. The photos depict some of Qatar's most iconic locations.

This is an introductory CAD modeling workshop. Participants will learn how to design 3D models using an open-source platform, and each user will create a 3D model.
