| Instructions for Authors |
- During submission, authors must provide their organizational/institutional email address in the designated field.
- On the billing page, under the field Who will pay the APC, authors should select Myself/My Organization.
- If the author’s institution is covered under the agreement, the following message will appear: “We have noticed you are affiliated with an organization that may be able to fund your Article Publishing Charge (APC). We will contact them for approval to fund the APC if your submission is accepted for publication. In the event they decline to fund the APC, you will be asked to pay the amount shown below.”
- This publisher is included under the Pool (B) agreements. More information on eligibility criteria is available on the List of Publishers page.
- Please note that final funding approval is subject to review by QNL administrators/the Open Access team. An active agreement alone does not guarantee funding eligibility.
