This is a two-part series presented by Adrian Wallwork. Across the two sessions, you will learn skills for delivering memorable presentations, and writing impactful research papers.

Are you pregnant or a new mother with questions about breastfeeding? In support of World Breastfeeding Week, the Library, along with Sidra Medicine, is organizing an awareness event that includes a lecture on breastfeeding, in addition to educational sessions featuring interviews with nutritionists, physical therapists and psychologists from Sidra Medicine.

Did you know that chess improves memory and problem-solving skills, and raises IQ? It is a wonderful way to improve focus and flex those creative muscles and, most importantly, kids have fun playing the game.

In collaboration with Qatar Career Development Center, we invite you to join a book club to discuss the most popular books that can guide us when planning our future. Our first discussion will be  Who Moved My Cheese, by Spencer Johnson.

Join us in this workshop to learn the basics and skills of using Canva to create printed designs such as invitation cards, advertisements and logo designs. The workshop will be presented by Sara Aref, a journalism student from Northwestern University in Qatar.
